This bar is miserable, there was no way I was touching with the deficit so I flipped the bar. This proved not to be any easier when the weight started getting heavy, I hit a top set of 300 but it is generous to say I “got it”. Hips lifted high enough that I almost made it a flat bench during my last awful rep lol. Video does not lie and also showed my ability to count is a little off during negatives
