Well, de-load is over and I wish it wasn’t. It took a long time to warm up this morning and I was NOT looking forward to getting bent over at 10 am. You all know it is inevitable, using this bar and going for max effort it will happen or you did not go max effort, that’s all I’m saying. I got to 500 and the last rep was not fun but knew I had to go up. I contemplated life after rep one with 545 and accepted the fact that we were gonna get folded coming up on rep three, just like that right on cue, popping off the box on rep three my upper back took a nap and we were looking t the floor the rest of the way up.
Accessory movements today were the perfect prescription targeting the areas that I already knew ahead of time were gonna give out with the SSB, you will see below that the majority of my movements chosen were with that bar.
