Well, this day blew, I went for it with 315 which may be the heaviest incline I’ve ever gone for regardless of variation by 5 lbs. I ended up paying for it as my technique went right out the window and I strained my left shoulder so bad it gave me issues for a week. Yes, a week, I’m backlogging these so I know it was irritating me for that long, lol. I went to doctor Bod again and he dry needled my triceps and shoulder, which I hate, and it is just now starting to feel better.
