First time during this training block that I actually missed a max effort lift. After the initial miss, I was not happy, I felt like I did everything right. Looking back at the video I would agree I did everything good it just was not there that day or I was not “amp’d” enough. Julia gave me a little bump to get me over me being stuck – which you cannot tell – but it happened. Was pleased with the 325 though
