Man, what a day. This was a lot of work but, things that I am noticing with repetition day instead of speed-work day:
– I am not moving the bar as fast cause I am too focused on technique
– I am able to stay partially conditioning THUS far as breaks between sets are about 1:30
– Technique is about 75-80% on with these loads
– Prilepins chart is spot on with how everything feels so far
I am handling deadlifts better than I thought I would after repetition effort day, they are bad, but manageable. I had nothing left for compound movements after this last pull so the percentage chosen was spot on.

*Competition stance – Stiff Bar – Deficit – light Bands Max 2: 545
*Deadlift 3 second Pause 4×3: (485)
*SSB GM (Nipples to knees)
*Hack Squat
*Single Leg Glute Bridges (shoulders Elevated)
*Yolk Walks – 2 rounds 6 plates
