About Personal Training
My goal in this experience is to NOT MAKE YOU NEED ME! I want you to become stronger than I, safely, to remain healthy in this sport and to learn how you did it along the way!
This form of training is the most effective for strength and conditioning progression. This entails one on one coaching with me through an entire hour session with immediate feedback on form and technique. A program will be created for the needs of the client based off a consultation that will be held with potential clients prior to starting. As the description for MoHawkMethod states, the goal of all these services is to not make you need personal training but be confident enough to progress without one on one sessions.
